Scanned bundles come out of order, a report needs its appendix moved, a contract needs a blank page before the signature sheet. Every page of the PDF is shown as a thumbnail: drag pages into the order you want, rotate single pages, duplicate a page you need twice, delete the ones you do not, and insert blank pages anywhere. The counter shows how many pages the new file will have.
Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Rotations are stored in the file, so the result opens the right way up in every viewer. Blank pages take the size of the page before them.
Everything is keyboard accessible: focus a page and use the arrow keys to move it, R to rotate, D to duplicate and Delete to remove it. Changes are announced to screen readers.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF; its pages appear as thumbnails.
- Drag pages into order, or focus a page and use the arrow keys.
- Use the buttons on each page to rotate, duplicate, delete it or insert a blank page after it.
- Click Save organised PDF and download the new file.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. The file is read and processed by your browser on your device; nothing is sent to a server. You can load the page, switch off Wi-Fi and it still works.
Does reordering reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, including fonts, vector graphics and images, so the new PDF looks identical and text stays searchable.
What size are inserted blank pages?
The same size and orientation as the page before them (or the first page, for a blank page at the start), so a printed document stays uniform.
Can I combine pages from several PDFs?
Merge the files first with Merge PDF, then open the merged PDF here to put every page exactly where it belongs.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit; files up to 100 MB are accepted on the free plan. Thumbnails are drawn as you scroll, so long documents stay responsive.
What if my PDF is password-protected?
The tool will say so. If it is your file and you know the password, remove the protection with Unlock PDF first, then use the unlocked copy here.
