Most people know what they want to end up with ("a smaller PDF", "a JPG the form accepts", "the audio from this clip") but not which tool does it. The workspace starts from the file instead. Drop one file or a whole folder's worth, choose them from your device or paste them, and each file is identified by its content rather than its name: a PDF renamed to .jpg is still treated as a PDF, and a Word document is told apart from a spreadsheet by the parts inside the package.
Every file then shows the actions that fit it. A PDF can be compressed with its text kept, turned into JPG pages or plain text, split into single pages or cleaned of metadata right here; OCR, PDF to Word or Excel, password protection, page extraction, image extraction and form filling open the full tool with the file already loaded. Photos can be compressed, resized, converted, stripped of EXIF location data or put into a PDF, and sent on to background removal, OCR, the passport photo maker or the upscaler. Videos can be compressed, converted to MP4, turned into a GIF or have their audio extracted; audio can be converted or compressed; Word and Excel files go to their PDF converters; text files show word, character and line counts and can become a PDF.
Results come back as new cards in the same list, each with its own "then" buttons, so steps chain naturally: compress a PDF, then turn the smaller copy into JPG pages; resize a photo, then put it into a PDF. With two or more PDFs you can merge them all, and with two or more images you can put them into one PDF. Download any result on its own, or all results (or everything in the workspace) as a single ZIP.
The quick actions use the same engines as the individual tools, with sensible defaults: keep-text compression at the recommended level, 150 dpi page images, quality 80% for photos. When you need finer control, the tool buttons open the dedicated page with your file in it, so nothing has to be chosen twice. Everything runs in your browser; closing or reloading the page clears the workspace.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your browser reads the files and does the work on your device; nothing is sent to a server. The engines (the PDF, image and FFmpeg code) are downloaded from this site the first time an action needs them and then run locally.
How does it know what kind of file I dropped?
From the first bytes of the file (its signature), not from the name: PDFs, JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, BMP, MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, MP3, WAV, M4A, Ogg and FLAC all have recognisable headers. Word and Excel files are ZIP packages, so the workspace reads the list of parts inside to tell them apart. If the name and the content disagree, the card says so.
What is the difference between quick actions and tool buttons?
Quick actions run inside the workspace with defaults and put their result back in the list, so you can chain them. Tool buttons open the full tool page, which has all the settings, with the same file already loaded; use them for OCR, passwords, forms, background removal, trimming and transcription.
Can I run several steps in a row?
Yes. Every result card offers the next likely steps ("then compress", "then to PDF", "then extract audio") and runs them on that result. Each result stays in the list, so you can download the intermediate files too.
Is there a limit on files?
The workspace holds up to 50 files and 500 MB in total at a time; each action has the same limits as its tool. Large videos take a while because encoding runs in your browser.
Why is my file marked as not supported?
The workspace handles PDFs, images, video, audio, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx and .csv) and plain text. Old .doc and .xls files, PowerPoint files and ZIP archives are not opened here; the card says which one it is and what to do instead.
